But in between the read, I was caught up with Forest Gump as Lina started to play it on the DVD player. It was the story of a fortunate idiot with backbone difficulties, named accordingly to the title.
Lived in Greenbow, Alabama, he has a lovely mother and has endless love towards his childhood lover, Jenny.
As he grew up, he met with a lot of obstacles but never seemed to give up on anything and just keep going.
In one scenes, where the bullies threw rocks towards him. Jenny started to yell "Run Forest Run".He did ran for his dear life. However,the braces he wore long enough, fell off the legs and onto the ground. This is where I saw the determination on his face and I felt so immersed.
This post was never meant to show and tell to people. But I felt the urge to write about this. As the movie portray a lot of qualities that I would never thought of doing it in real life.
"Put the past behind you then you can move forward"
Above is the most memorable quote I get from the movie. His mama told him once and this what keep him going when his mama past away. Such a beautiful phrase and depth meaning to it.
Enough with Forest Gump. hahahaha. Will love to see it again thou!
Such a heavy topic to start off the blog ey? hahahaha. Thought of making myself more quirky and smart kinda way. But we will see along the way.
Hope you guys like the layout of the blog but i pretty hate the red bow on the sides. It makes no sense ey? girly girly stuff is a no no. hahahaha. but if people respond well to this, I would be pleased :D
